    • Orders placed after 3:00 PM that require same-day pickup will incur a $10 rush fee.

    Shipping Rates

    • FREE shipping on orders over $150

    • Shipping rates for orders under $150 are calculated at checkout.

    • 4onefour is not responsible for delays caused by carriers once packages are in transit.

    • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout, as we are unable to reroute packages once shipped.

    Returns & Store Credit

    All sales are final. At this time, we do not offer refunds.
    Approved returns are eligible for store credit only, which may be used toward a future purchase at 4onefour.

    Return Eligibility

    To be considered for store credit, all return requests must meet the following guidelines:

    • The return request must be initiated within 24 hours of delivery confirmation.

    • Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.

    • All original tags must be attached.

    • Items that show signs of wear, damage, odor, or alteration will not be accepted.

    Return Shipping

    • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

    • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as 4onefour cannot be responsible for lost or delayed return shipments.

    Non-Returnable Items

    The following items are not eligible for return or store credit:

    • Worn items

    • Items with tags removed

    • Sale or clearance items

    • Accessories (unless otherwise stated)

    • Custom or limited-release pieces (when applicable)

    How to Initiate a Return

    To request a return, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order, including your order number and reason for the return. Once approved, you will receive detailed return instructions.

    While we always aim to be as accommodating as possible, 4onefour reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the policy guidelines outlined above.
